Flange & Valve Protection Covers

BSTFLEX flange and valve protection covers include flange guards, safety spray shields and removable valve insulation covers for industrial piping systems. Choose from dedicated spray-protection designs and thermal insulation covers according to the component, operating conditions and maintenance requirements.

Our spray-protection range includes PTFE, PVC, polypropylene (PP) and stainless steel flange guards, together with ball valve and butterfly valve spray shields. Designs include transparent viewing sections, flexible wraparound covers and rigid guards, depending on the material and component being protected. Material suitability must be assessed against the process fluid, temperature and installation conditions.

For applications requiring heat retention, custom removable valve insulation covers combine protective outer fabrics with an insulation core to help reduce heat loss from hot valve surfaces. These reusable covers can be removed for inspection and maintenance, with custom shapes and openings to accommodate valve bodies, flange connections, handles and actuators.
